Six months prior to the event date, deposit is due (20% of the total fee)

Three months prior to the event date, the remaining balance is due.

Cancellation notice must be given at least 60 days prior to the event for a 100% refund of the balance. Less than 60 days notice will receive 80% balance. Deposit is Non-refundable
